MVPS, LLC ("MVPS"), owned and managed by the principals of Aspen Advisors, primarily invests in private growth companies. MVPS' mandate is to be opportunistic and therefore has a diverse portfolio of investments both from a stage and sector perspective. The core of our strategy is to partner with talented and experienced management teams and leverage our financial expertise to grow a company's results and ultimate value.
Our most recent investments include a controlling interest in BooKoo Beverages, an energy drink company that we acquired in July, 2006, and Homemade Gourmet, a direct sales company in the pre-packaged food industry that we acquired in April, 2007.
