Paul Voorheis, Vic Schmerbeck, and I founded Aspen Advisors, LP in May of 2000. I was fortunate to surround myself with their talent and tireless commitment to build an Investment Bank dedicated to serving the needs of small to middle market companies. All three of us worked for major Wall Street firms but were more intrigued with entrepreneurial businesses. Steve Johnson, a former Managing Partner with a national law firm, joined us soon thereafter. Steve shared our vision to provide a high level of experience, expertise, and service to our clients.
Change can be rapid for entrepreneurs and CEOs as they manage their businesses day to day. We have the knowledge to lead entrepreneurs and CEOs down the strategic path that turns opportunity into the realization of the ultimate goal. I believe our clients find confidence in the knowledge that they are dealing with experienced, seasoned professionals.
